Popularization of experimental-traceological research

Popularization of experimental-traceological research among young scientists, trainees and students studying archaeology and ethnography. To implement this project, an international traceological section was organized within the framework of the archaeological school of the city of Bolgar (Republic of Tatarstan, Russia http://archtat.ru/mezhdunarodnaya-arheologicheskaya-shkola), including lecturer courses by leading traceologists and practical exercises.

At the 19th UISPP World Congress, we organized a session to inform about the latest developments and applications in traceology. Despite the restrictions caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, we received a significant number of contributions that presented state-of-the-art research in this discipline. Ninteen presentations were prepared by 60 authors.
